WILLIAMSBURG — Charles Robert Varner of Williamsburg passed away Dec. 3, 2006.
Born July 27, 1960, he was the son of Phyllis M. Varner and the late Charles R. Varner.
He is survived by his mother, Phyllis M. Varner, and his sisters, Kristine V. Oliver, Sara V. Erwin and Katherine V. O'Bryan. He will be missed dearly.
