The four years in high school that we spent were the best times of my life. I really don’t think I’d be the person that I am today without having gone through the whole process, yet very rewarding years. There were no cliques and, for the most part, everybody got along. We all had hall buddies (people to eat and swap jokes with), and homework buddies (people to frantically share answers on problem sets with), but there were no friends sharing secrets and supporting each other the way we all were  in high school. The support we offered one another was without a doubt, rare. I will never forget nor minimize the devotion we offered one another. I’ve experienced a true friendship and gained memories that I will carry with for the rest of my life. Lafayette High School class of 1980, I love you.
